4. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

8. Account Termination and Suspension

• Suspicion or detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A voluntary account closure request submitted by the user.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within 30 days from the date the dispute arises.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration before a single jointly appointed arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

The official language used to interpret these Terms is Bahasa Malaysia. Should any conflict arise between a translated version and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
